About This Restoration
I started the restoration of Manoir de Veygoux while I was still studying Architecture. This was a purist restoration using only materials available at the time of the original construction right down to the forged iron nails. For this reason we installed no central heating and used the chimneys and large amounts of firewood to heat the house. Today the Manor belongs to the State and is open to the public.
